General Information

  • Rehearsal Attendance: It is expected that all members, barring unforeseen illness or unavoidable conflicts, will attend each rehearsal scheduled for a particular concert. If at all possible, please indicate your planned absences on the attendance sign-in sheet. Please be sure to sign-in on the attendance roster at each rehearsal.

  • Rehearsal Tracks: Part Predominant rehearsal tracks (for use at home, in the car, on a jog, or in the bathtub) are provided on this website by clicking here.

  • Contact the Conductor: Should you need to contact Donald Duncan, Artistic Director, you may email him or text/call his cell (903) 372-3862.

  • Fragrances: Please refrain from over-applying your favorite fragrance before rehearsals/performances. We are often in tight quarters and some members are especially sensitive to these scents.

  • Tardiness: Please do everything within your power to arrive at rehearsal a smidge early so that we can begin in earnest at the stated start time. Start times and end times will always be respected by your Artistic Director. Please be a good friend to your fellow singers by honoring their time with your prompt attendance at rehearsals.

  • Hydration: Please remember to hydrate well before and during rehearsals. In order to respect the space in which we are rehearsing, please bring your water in a closed container and be careful not to spill. Please refrain from bringing any beverages, other than water, into the rehearsal space.

  • Pencils: Choristers should always arrive at rehearsal with their scores and a pencil. If you arrive without a pencil, the Conductor will have some available to you to borrow. All score marking should be done with a pencil. Please refrain from marking in pen or highlighter.
